A. General: 

1. Products or services will not be provided/dispatched without full payment.
2. Online payment via Stripe will incur a transaction fee, 3% of the total checkout value. This fee is determined by the online sales merchant. To avoid paying this fee  you may make payments via the alternative options stated below.
3. Full refunds for the sale of prints and paintings are available unto 30 days post transaction.

B. Payment Options:

1. Online: We use Stripe as our online payment gateway. Stripe charge 3% per transaction. This fee will be added to your checkout cost should you wish to pay online.

C. Painting Sales Terms:

1. Please note that the prices stated are final. Paintings listed as €0 have reserve prices. If you wish to purchase the painting or to enquire about this please contact us directly at 087-2991503. Original Painting prices are not listed on this website or featured on the catalogue.
2. Painting sizes stated are measured in inches.
3. Unless otherwise stated, all paintings do not come with a frame.
4. Unless otherwise stated, all paintings are on stretched canvas.
5. Each painting will come with a certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist.
6. Eamonn B. Shanahan reserves the right to make print copies of each painting.
7. Purchase of a painting does not entitle commercial or digital reproduction of the same in any environment.

D. Print Sales Terms:

1. There are 30 editions of each featured painting.
2. These editions are signed and numbered.
3. A certificate of authenticity will accompany each individual print purchased.
4. Prints are dispatched in a tube.
5. Suggested sizes are listed at the checkout, however if you wish to purchase a custom print size please send you enquiry to info@eamonnshanahanart.com.

E. Returns:

1. If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 30 days to return the product.
2. If you are returning a print or painting please ensure that the certificate of authenticity is included. This certificate is not a copy and the original document is part of your initial purchase.
